The beginnings of an idea of what I'll be doing next year!

Well hello there, it's been awhile!

I'm afraid I've been so busy I've had an exam to study for which is in early January, and I've been getting quotations for contractors to work on my late father in laws house!  We need to do the boiler, electrics, all of the walls, some of the windows, you get the idea! It's going to be a big project!

And it's one that that my other half is trusting me to do so I'll be researching what looks good in homes that people want to rent!

It's all going to be very exciting, and I'm sure I'll be posting about it as I go along, if only so I can stop and think about it, and see if there's anything I'm missing! Or any huge mistakes that I'm about to make!
